Management and Operation
- Assisting with the move without disrupting the company's commercial activities
- Cleaning – janitorial services, coffee point servicing, resident requests fulfillment, consumables (cleaning agents, napkins, toilet paper)
- Facility administration – assisting residents with daily requests (taxi booking, concierge service, courier calls, office infrastructure bookings, etc.), replenishing consumables (tea, coffee, paper, stationery, cartridges, etc.)
- Technical maintenance/operation – daily monitoring of technical compliance and office/equipment condition, handling resident requests, overseeing technical personnel, communication with the building management.
